Segn Al na Rog

The Scepter

Commonly translated as "Scepter of the Earth", Segn Al na Rog is more accurately translated as "Grounding Rod". Credited with its discovery, "The Scepter" predates Drinn by several centuries. It is mentioned in the First Songs as Srrgn nal r Wrygg, which was later modernized to Segn Al na Rog.

Currently under study at the Boisenberry Institute For Transcendental Physics, it is reported to be made of an iridium alloy. Dating of the object tends to differ, depending on the method with which it is measured.

Its true origin and purpose are unknown, as is the norm for such magickal devices.
