TSOM (The Science Of Magic) is posted in HTML format.

I'm working as fast as I am able.

The Science of Magic

The Science of Magic is Book One in the continuing adventures of Herbert and Noderick.

The story is divided into three books:

About the Story

The science, philology, folklore and mythology used in the story have been well researched (and yes, I can do the calculus for the Quantum Physics). I have quoted sources, whenever the usage didn't interupt the flow of the story. There is an incredibly boring apendix of references and a bilbilography, which I have not had the time to format in XHTML, yet

We have done our best to offend all equally, excepting Republicans, whom we have done our best to offend the most.

The story, and it's companion books, seek to unravel the mysteries of the Universe, through the judicious use of humor.

Companion Books

O'Toole's Unabridged Compendium Of Translations From The Ancient:

A companion to the The Science Of Magic from the past, it is an encyclopedic reference to much of the mythology in the story.

Please go to the Site Map for more information.

Interversal Educational University Standard Universal Reference System:

A companion to the story from the future, it is actually a massive searchable database containing the complete history of the Omniverse. It is quoted as a reference for much of the science in the story.

Please go to the Site Map for more information.

Major Characters:

It's true purpose is to entertain, so we hope you enjoy it, and if you learn something along the way, don't blame us.

HTML etc

Every effort has been made to create the cleanest set of HTML documents possible.

The Point

The point is the point of HTML. The document is cross-platform compatible, portable across system and browser versions, accessible at any bandwidth. That means that anybody, anywhere will be able to read and make sense out of this.

Even in the future.

Even in Congress.

Listen, folks are already working on style sheets that translate (Oh yes, the browser translates!), Voice Browsers , and other things I can't even imagine.

Begin the story
